He was on time (early actually), gracious, polite, and attentive. He answered all our questions - and even some we didn't know to ask! His report was detailed and written in plain English so we could easily identify what needed immediate attention and what needed to be monitored.
You know, one gets used to the word 'Service' being a thing of the past these days...it's just the way of things seem to be the 21st century. BUT NO SO with Richard/HIP!
His demeanor, his attention to detail, his insistence that we ask anything and everything, and his offer to continue to answer questions and support us in our decision process was above and beyond what we could have expected - and certainly above and beyond the typical level of service we find today. This purchase will be out last house as we are retired and it is very important to us to "get it right".
He is a GEM, folks! And our dog (a serious barometer of trustworthiness) loved him too.
If you want a seriously good job done...hire him!
